And also, after the fourth phase is completed, does this mean we will have achieved a cyber world at that point?
Yes, each phase has a name that will be released right at pre-phase launch. The fourth phase is the level of change that will bring the advanced functionality needed
in order to achieve a fully functional Cyber World.
